Maggie Roche, a Broker Associate with CrestView Realty lived three years in Spain and traveled extensively throughout Europe for business, giving her the unique opportunity of interrelating with people from other countries and cultures. Throughout this process she made many contacts that have helped her enhance her Real Estate career. As a result of this experience many new avenues were opened, especially dealing with international investors where she provided the guidance and confidence of a professional who understands the needs of international investors.
In 1995 she earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and simultaneously began working for an Argentinean company based in the US. Their main headquarters was in Buenos Aires, Argentina and in Panama and she was the head of the commercial real estate division focusing in hotel acquisitions for that company. She earned her Florida Real Estate License in 1997 and became a Broker in 2003. Ms. Roche is very involved in several national organizations which promote international markets. She has earned the Transnational Referral Certification designation and she is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors and served in their governing board. Presently, she is working on the requirements to obtain the CIPS designation (Certified International Property Specialist).
