In 1987, she entered into several joint ventures with international investors that kept her away from the actual brokerage of real estate, In 1996 she renewed her real estate license and worked under Cosmopolitan Realty in the Doral area of Miami. Due to the overwhelming opportunities opening up, especially in the international arena, she formed Crestview Realty LLC in 2006. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtors Association, the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade and she is certified by the Transnational Referral Network.
